Field of Asphodel is accompanied by an original soundtrack composed alongside the writing of the novel itself.

These pieces are not illustrations of specific scenes, nor are they meant to direct the reader’s imagination. Instead, they offer an atmosphere — a shared emotional landscape from which the world of Asphodel emerged.

The music unfolds in two movements:

Part I — The Dreaming
Music and atmosphere.
A quiet space for reflection, wandering, and return.

Part II — The Chronicle
Remembered scenes and passages.
Fragments, echoes, and impressions shaped in sound.
 
The soundtrack may be listened to while reading, before reading, after reading — or entirely on its own. It does not require familiarity with the book, nor does it seek to explain it. It simply accompanies those who wish to linger a little longer in the world.
